Kirsten and I have much more in common than the spelling of our names… we both love natural and holistic lifestyle tips, delicious recipes, and are both from the same area. When I initially met with her and Mike, I felt like I had known them for so long and we clicked instantly! I was so excited to photograph their wedding at the Gramercy Mansion just north of Baltimore this past spring. Kirsten’s dress from Amanda Ritchey Bridal was a beautifully faint blush pink! One of the most gorgeous dresses I’ve ever seen… I loved having the pink undertone! It was so elegant and unique… And the lace overlay was exquisite. Kirsten and her mom got ready in a nearby hotel just a frew minutes from the venue. It was fun to be part of that special intimate time with just the two of them (and the hair and makeup stylists too of course!) as they prepared for the wedding day…
How stunning are those earrings?? Kirsten carried her late grandfather’s rosary with her that day…
Kirsten’s bouquet was one of the top most beautiful I’ve ever seen! I loved those dusty peach ranunculus!
Such a beautiful couple!
Linwoods catering is simply the best. Not only did they provide dinner, but dessert as well with this gluten-free cake decorated in dogwood blossoms…
Their favors were hand made! Real succulents stuffed into wine corks… Mine’s on our fridge right now and I just love it!
They had a cigar bar which was such a fun element to the reception!
Their guests, an intimate group of friends and family, danced and chatted the night away under the cafe lights of the carriage house… It was such a cozy fun evening and I loved being part of it!
Best wishes to these two with lots of love!
