Theresa and Chris’s rustic DIY wedding at The Union Mills Homestead was absolutely adorable! They worked so hard on so many aspects and details of the day and spent so much time before the wedding decorating and making sure everything was just right. All of their preparations and attention to detail paid off! It all looked absolutely perfect.
I arrived to Theresa’s mom’s house where she and all of her maids and family members were getting dolled up for the day! Look at how gorgeous her bouquet was… These colors are just mouthwatering! And I absolutely love her engagement ring and wedding band!
This is Chris’s Grandma. Isn’t she just the cutest?? Wait until you see her adorable sunglasses and little white pocketbook! She was just sitting and watching the girls get ready, snapping pics and enjoying everyone’s company! Just plain adorable!
I headed up the street to Chris’s parents’ house where the handsome gentlemen were getting into their tuxes! The couple’s son Talan was so excited to walk his mommy down the aisle!
Theresa’s dress is actually Chris’s mom’s wedding gown! She had it altered and completely redesigned for her own wedding day! It was so fun to do a First Look with her – the first time she had seen the dress since it had been completely transformed! This was such a special moment! Theresa was so honored to wear it… It was absolutely beautiful!
The Homestead was read and waiting for our arrival! When we got there, it was time for their First Look! I loved walking around the property and photographing all of the details Chris and Theresa had added that morning. They handmade so much!
Theresa, you were a stunning bride! Those Amber eyes and beautiful skin!
Here she is… Oh. My. Gosh. I just wanted to put her in my pocket and take her home with me… How CUTE is she!? Ahh!!!
Mason jars for the guests!
I love how Talan waved to his friends and family down the aisle – both ways! Hehe! He was so proud…
The game was being viewed over the course of the day from cell phone to cell phone… And during family formals, the Ravens WON! So needless to say, everyone was just a little excited…
So Chris threw the garter on a football and… Yyyyeah. The garter got stuck up in one of the beams. So Spiderman (who forgot his uniform) came to the rescue!
And they played a little trick on the garter catcher…
Theresa and Chris – thank you so much for including me in your sweet and memorable wedding day… Best wishes to you both and lots of love! Such a precious little family full of so much love! I can’t wait to see what the future holds for you!
